Our Story

We’re solving this problem because it’s our problem too. As leaders, we saw the benefits of a hands-on approach to employee growth, but it just didn’t scale.

We tried other performance tools, but they felt antiquated or focused on checking the boxes. Everyone was losing—the investors, leadership, and especially the team.

Individuals are the constants in their career. They deserve better resources for mapping their growth, and we believe everyone benefits from that.
