Third Party Subprocessors

EverMore So, Inc. (“EverMore,” “we,” “us”) uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to help operate, maintain, and support the Services. These Subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf solely for the purposes described below and only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.
We carefully vet all Subprocessors and enter into appropriate data processing agreements to ensure your data remains protected.
What is a Subprocessor?
A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider that may process personal data on EverMore’s behalf in order to provide specific functionality or operational support for the Services (such as infrastructure hosting, email delivery, analytics, or customer support).
We do not authorize Subprocessors to use your data for their own purposes.

All Subprocessors are engaged solely to provide services to EverMore and are contractually prohibited from using personal data for their own purposes, including advertising, resale, or training external models.

We do not permit Subprocessors to sell, advertise with, or train models on your personal data.

Access to user data is restricted to what is strictly necessary to perform the relevant service.

We remain responsible for protecting your data and ensuring Subprocessors meet applicable legal requirements.

Changes to Subprocessors
We may update this list from time to time as our Services evolve. If we add or replace Subprocessors in a way that materially affects how your data is processed, we will update this page and, where required by law, provide notice.
