Dear Readers,
Welcome to the first EverMore Edit—our little slice of the web to share practical advice, career stories, future of work premonitions, and product updates as we build-in-public.
We’re Courtney, Scott, and Kelsey—Austin-based startup founders and operators who saw a flaw in performance management—it never seemed to develop the employee or improve collective performance.
We kept coming back to the question: Wouldn’t work be better with more self-awareness, intentionality, and honest conversation?
Thus began the journey of uncovering why company systems, decisions, and resources felt so disconnected from people and their needs.
We realized that a lot of what’s being done in performance is more theatrical than effective. Not to mention, the standards and tools are all owned by a company. When you leave, nothing comes with you. You don't have your story.
So, we said burn it down, and from the ashes came EverMore.
EverMore is a love letter—to ourselves, to you, and anyone who’s felt lost or lonely in their career (or like they were winging it with no safety net). Whether you’re an individual, manager, leader, founder—we’re giving you the tools to navigate the nuances and complexities of your career without losing your authentic self.
It’s what we’ve needed for ourselves + our teams to nurture potential, not dim it.
We’re so grateful that you’re here on this journey with us from the beginning.
xoxo,
EverMore

Death of Honesty — Do You Have Any Feedback for Me?
We started EverMore to help individuals, managers, and founders approach their careers and work relationships with intention. Our product incorporates wisdom from our own experiences, including how to gather and reflect on feedback.
Our most beloved article in 2025, The Death of Honesty is a who, what, when, how, and why for getting authentic insights from the voices that matter to you, and how to get over the traps, egos, and logistics of doing it. Because...
The biggest gap is real conversation — getting two people willing to get into the awkward muck of navigating feedback.
Dear EverMore Podcast
Two of our cofounders, Kelsey and Courtney pull on their experiences as tech recruiters, hiring managers, and people leaders to give a behind the scenes look at how hiring, promotions, compensation, and of course, performance really work.
Expect horror stories, answers to your existential questions like—Should I stay or should I go?, and insight into why these obviously broken systems persist.
